About us
Pisapis is an independent, non-profit project. It brings together in one place the homes listed by Andorra's estate agencies and explains them with data: what is being asked, where, what is dropping and which flat is listed at two prices.
Why it exists
Looking for a home in Andorra means going through the websites of dozens of agencies, and the same property shows up at several of them at different prices. Nobody published, up to date and by parish, what is really being asked per square metre.
Pisapis gathers that supply, removes the duplicates it can prove and reports what the numbers say. The idea is simple: anyone looking for a home should know what it is worth before calling anyone.
Independent
We are not an estate agency and we do not work for one. We do not sell or let anything and we do not broker any deal: every listing links to its agency's own page.
No agency pays to appear or to rank higher. The order of results, price drops and duplicates come from the data and from public rules, the same for everyone.
How it is funded
Pisapis charges neither people searching nor agencies listing, shows no advertising and sells no data. There is no company behind it either.
What it costs — the server and the domain — is paid by the team itself. If that ever changed, this is the first place we would say so.
Who makes it
A small team that signs as “the Pisapis team”. We would rather people check the numbers than the names.
That is why every rule is written down on the methodology page: where the listings come from, what is counted, when we say two listings are the same flat and what these figures cannot tell you.
